PANETTI ALLE PATATE - POTATO BREAD di Margherita


Ringraziamo la nostra "inviata" dall'Inghilterra Margherita Cesca per questa fantastica ricetta che arriva direttamente da Cambrige ed è stata tradotta per tutti gli amici internazionali!!

Ingredienti per 10 panetti
200gr di latte tiepido 
1 cucchiaio di sale grosso
2 cucchiai di lievito secco (o lievito di birra)
1 cucchiaio di olio d’oliva
1 cucchiaino di zucchero
400g circa di farina
4 patate medie

Procedimento
FASE 1
Mescolare al latte, il sale, il lievito, l’olio e lo zucchero con un po’ di farina fino ad ottenere un impasto molle. Coprire e lasciare a riposare in una zona calda per almeno tre ore.
FASE 2
Circa un’ora prima di impastare, lessare le patate con la buccia. Togliere la buccia, sminuzzare e lasciare raffreddare.
FASE 3
Aggiungere le patate sminuzzate all’impasto e farina fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo e lavorabile. Dividere la pasta in 10 parti uguali e modellare dei paninetti. Effettuare dei piccoli tagli per velocizzare la cottura. Lasciare riposare e lievitare i paninetti in una zona calda per 40 minuti (o in forno a 20°C).
Infornare in forno ben caldo a 180°C per circa 30 mimnuti finche’ non prendono un caldo colore bruno.
Suggerimento: Servire con del formaggio tipo Camembert, Brie o Stilton.

PANETTI DI MARGHERITA CON BAGUETTE FENDI

POTATO BREAD Margherita (x10)

Ingredients
200g of warm milk
1 tablespoon of coarse salt
2 tablespoons dry yeast (starter would be better!)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of sugar
Approximately 400g of flour
4 medium potatoes

Procedure:
STEP 1
Mix milk, salt, yeast, oil and sugar with a little bit of the flour until the dough is soft. Cover and leave to rest in a warm area for at least three hours.
STEP 2
About an hour before kneading, boil the potatoes in their skins. Remove the peel, chop and let cool.
STEP 3
Add the chopped potatoes and flour mixture until dough is smooth and workable. Divide the dough into 10 equal parts and shape of little loafs. Make small cuts to speed up the cooking. Leave to rest and raise the loafs in a warm area for 40 minutes (or in the oven at 20°C).
Bake in hot oven at 180°C for about 30 mimnuti until they get a warm brown color.

Tip: Serve with cheese like Camembert, Brie or Stilton.
