110 g Plain flour
25 g Caster sugar
2 Eggs
200 ml Fresh milk
1 Small orange
Butter for frying
Sauce
150 ml Orange juice
1 teaspoon Cornflour
1 Lime (juice and zest)
1 Lemon (juice and zest)
2 tablespoons Caster sugar
Method
Blend flour, sugar, eggs and milk until thoroughly mixed. Stir in the orange zest. Cover and leave for 30 minutes.
To make sauce:
Stir the cornflour into the orange juice and pour into a small saucepan. Stir in the remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 minutes. In the end fry 2 tablespoons of batter in little of butter.Cook on both sides and Serve the pancakes immediatly, with the sauce drizze over the top.

110 g farina
25 g zucchero
2 uova
200 ml latte fresco
burro per friggere
Salsa
150 ml di succo d’arancia
1 cucchiaino di amido di mais
1 lime ( succo e polpa)
1 limone ( socco e polpa)
2 cucchiaini di zucchero
Preparazione
Unire farina, zucchero,uova e latte fino a rendere il composto omogeneo. Aggiungere la scorza d’arancia e lasciare riposare l’impasto mezz'ora.
Per la salsa:
Mescolare l’amido di mais e il succo d’arancia e versare in un pentolino. Successivamente aggiungere tutti gli altri ingredienti e sobollire per due minuti. Alla fine spennellare il burro in una padella e versare una prima parte dell’impasto. Cucinare da entrambi i lati. Servirle subito calde con la salsa sopra.
